Sorby Adams is a boutique winery in Barossa’s Eden Valley. The winemaker, Simon Adams specialises in quality, handcrafted wines. He produces wines that are characteristic of the best varietals in the cool climate Eden Valley, in particular, great quality shiraz and Riesling.
